David’s childhood dream of working on large construction projects came true when he joined Harvey Cleary. Throughout his 23-year career, he has worked on diverse projects, including ExxonMobil Campus, Fazio Country Club, Plaza at Enclave, Shell Woodcreek Campus, and one of our design-intensive projects, Daikin Texas Technology Park. In addition, he has worked in several markets across the country, most recently helping to grow our operations in Denver, Colorado.  

David enjoys the construction industry because it allows a person to propel their own success through the application of their abilities. The idea of effort-driven potential inspires David daily and further fuels his passion for developing our employees and building new markets. David actively works to share his knowledge and experience within the construction industry and is an active member of the ACRP board and the Denver chapters of NAIOP and CoreNet. 

David enjoys spending time with his wife of 24 years and their two teenage sons in his free time. As a family, they enjoy skiing, golf, tennis, scuba diving and fishing.

What’s the best advice David can give someone?

“Work hard, be willing to tackle every challenge that is presented, and have an eagerness to learn. Be respectful and courteous to individuals willing to shape your career, their help will magnify your success and satisfaction in a job well done.”
