Jondell has been an integral part of Harvey Cleary’s success since he joined the company in 2000. With his exceptional leadership skills and dedication, he has helped lead, grow, and develop three of our offices. In 2017, he relocated to south Texas to lead our San Antonio and Austin offices, where he continues to make a significant impact. As a board member of the South Texas Associated Builders and Contractors, Jondell is committed to advancing the construction industry in the region. 

Jondell has worked on several notable projects, such as the SXSW Headquarters, Anadarko Hackett Tower, Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza and multiple Haliburton campuses. He takes great pride in seeing the projects he’s built and the people around him grow in their careers. He strongly believes that teamwork is key to success, a value that has been instilled in him since a young age.

When he’s not working, Jondell enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and outdoor activities such as hunting, team roping, scuba diving, and spending time out on the Guadalupe River.
