Kelly Hall is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the construction industry. During his time at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary, he has spearheaded numerous landmark projects such as the ExxonMobil Campus, Anadarko Tower, Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, and Faust Distributing. Kelly takes pride in the sense of accomplishment that comes with constructing a building or space, as well as working with his team to solve complex issues. In 2020, Kelly was recognized as a Most Admired CEO Honoree by the Houston Business Journal, a testament to his leadership skills and dedication to excellence. He has been instrumental in expanding Harvey | Harvey-Cleary’s national presence and believes that the company’s systems and people are second to none.

Kelly is known for his ability to recognize and leverage the unique strengths of each team member, leading to a more cohesive and productive environment. He serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the ALS Association of Texas, the Greater Houston Partnership Board of Directors, and the Associated General Contractors of Houston Board of Directors. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years and two grown children snow skiing, coastal fishing and hunting.

What’s the best advice Kelly can give someone?

“Use your brain, trust your instincts, and utilize common sense. Always work hard and take the time to listen to others. Listen to others’ views and recognize that you do not have to agree with someone holding a different view from your own. Always take the high road, treat everyone fairly and communicate honestly.”
