With a family lineage of contractors in Switzerland, Kobi has always had a deep-rooted passion for construction. Over his 24-year career, he has worked across various markets in the U.S., initially joining Harvey | Harvey-Cleary in Houston in 2000. He has played a pivotal role in establishing operations, spending the last 13 years nurturing Harvey | Harvey-Cleary’s presence in San Antonio and aiding in launching the new Denver office.

Kobi’s expertise spans diverse project types and he has worked on several exciting hospitality projects including the award-winning Hotel Emma. He places great emphasis on fostering strong relationships, evident through the long tenure of his employees and continued client collaborations. Diligently involved in the construction community, Kobi is an active member of several esteemed organizations such as RECSA, ULI, and ABC.

In his personal life, Kobi and his wife of 16 years enjoy watching their two sons’ sporting events and share a love for travel, snow skiing and return visits to Switzerland. Kobi’s contracting prowess and unwavering passion continue to be a driving force behind Harvey | Harvey-Cleary’s success and expansion.
