Rodney Finke joined Harvey Cleary in 2001 and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting & Finance. Rodney spent nine years in public accounting before joining our team as Controller, following which he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and an owner of the company.

Rodney is passionate about his responsibilities as CFO and is always looking for new and innovative ways to increase profit. He believes great ideas can come from any team member and encourages collaboration across our professional services and project teams. Rodney is also committed to making an impact in our Houston community and serves on the board of the Greater Houston YMCA, Langham Creek YMCA and Miracle League.

Rodney and his wife, Jill, have two sons and enjoy spending time at their lake house on Lake Travis, as well as attending sporting events for University of Texas athletics and golfing.
