While Scott grew up in a family of electricians, he never imagined himself building a career in the commercial construction industry. Following his college graduation, he initially pursued a career in biochemical research. However, over time, the faster pace of problem-solving and tangible results it produced drew Scott to pursue a career in project management.  

In his career at Harvey Cleary, Scott has built many of our life sciences and lab projects and believes that every entity and individual involved in a project is an integral part of the team.  The key to successfully completing a project is ensuring the team communicates and collaborates effectively, as the team is accountable to each other for mutually assured success. Scott enjoys seeing how the collaboration between hundreds of people can lead to the creation of buildings that leave lasting impacts on our communities. 

Scott enjoys spending time with his family, including his two grown sons and three grandkids. He enjoys traveling to new places and is eager to cross off the final two continents on his bucket list.
