POSITION DETAILS
Senior superintendents oversee all site construction activities, the safety of personnel and the supervision of all field personnel. In addition, they manage, train, and mentor our junior staff both on the job site and in our monthly training classes. Senior superintendents develop client relationships and are vital to building successful working relationships with our clients and subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS
Four-year college degree in engineering or construction preferred, but not required
Eight to 10 years experience as a superintendent required
Osha 10 or OSHA 30hr preferred, but not required
