A highend interior build-out spanning five floors, totaling approximately 180,000 SF. The design for the three upper floors includes an interconnecting stair, a town hall area featuring raised platform wood flooring, a renovated roof terrace, a new board room, and several offices and conference rooms equipped with new demountable fronts.
The two lower floors, known as The Jewel Box, are designed as a multi-use lounge, conference, and entertainment space. This area will boast a new staircase open to the second floor above, stadium-style seating, glass railings, and terrazzo finishes. Additionally, there will be custom millwork bars, food service equipment, glass operable partitions, coffer ceilings, and various other luxurious finishes throughout the space. This comprehensive design aims to create an inviting and functional environment, perfect for both business and leisure activities.
