Dynamo Dash Headquarters

This project entails completely demolishing and rebuilding a three-floor office building to serve as the management headquarters for the Dynamo and Dash soccer teams. The space will feature a lounge/bar for hosting events, a catering kitchen, office space, breakrooms, and a reception area. Upgrades to the base building include repainting the exterior and remodeling the lobby. Unique features of the project include demountable office fronts, exposed ceilings, metal mesh ceilings, and an exterior mural.
