Harlingen Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center

The Harlingen Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center provides outpatient care, dialysis and ambulatory surgery centers for Harlingen veterans. The exterior of the building is constructed of masonry, curtainwall, punched openings and raised steel truss structures with clay tile roofing accenting the building’s four corners and roof screen. The interior finish-out of the project involved medical gas and piping infrastructure, installation of operating and recovery room headwall assemblies and detailed coordination with the medical equipment suppliers. The project is complete with a five-level, 264,000 SF precast parking garage accommodating 750 vehicles.
