Howard Hughes Corporate Office is a 31,253 SF interior build-out on Levels 11 & 12 of The Woodlands’ Hackett Tower. The project comprises open workspaces between executive offices that feature floor-to-ceiling glass office fronts. There are numerous conference rooms, a breakroom with banquette seating, and a reception lobby with beautiful wood-paneled ceilings and walls. A steel & wood convenience stair was added to provide quick interaction with the 12th-floor offices.
