HP Plaza

HP Plaza contains 383,000 SF of Class-A office space and a 685,000 SF parking garage. Located in a 20-acre tract of land in the Springwoods Development, 15 acres were developed as Phase One of the project. The project includes associated site roads, hardscape, extensive landscape and reforestation. The space features warm woods, natural materials and a cool color palette with living green walls. The project features an open workspace, flex spaces, collaboration nooks, conference rooms, and amenity spaces.
