This 360,000 SF law firm project is a ten-phase occupied buildout across 17 floors. The large-scale project includes a new servery and dining room on the upper floors, library relocation with a dense filing system on the middle floors, and a high-end conference center and multipurpose room on the second floor. In addition to the high-end finishes in the conference and team rooms, the buildout includes the installation of imported Italian stone flooring in all the lobbies, eucalyptus veneer paneling throughout, a complete renovation of all the core restrooms, and a four-sided glass cube conference room with a movable wall on the reception level. This project also adds 50,000 SF of space into an attached adjacent building.
