One Park Place

One Park Place is a 637,650 SF, 37-story apartment tower in Downtown Houston directly across the street from Discovery Green. At the time of completion, this was the first high-rise residential tower built Downtown in over four decades. This project incorporates brick skin with aluminum handrails and a fiberglass mansard roof. An amenities deck with a pool on the eighth level enhances the 342 units. There are seven levels of parking under the apartment tower and retail on the first floor, including a Phoenicia Deli.
