Peckar & Abramson

 Harvey Cleary renovated a previously built-out space for Higman Marine to accommodate the relocation of Peckar & Abramson, a legal firm specializing in construction/contract law, to the Amegy Tower. The project involved high-end finishes, reworking existing finishes, and modernizing the space. The renovation included enlarging the breakroom, which now features a kegerator and high-end appliances, repairing the wood floor, and relocating new furniture atop a raised access floor. Additionally, several conference rooms and a boardroom were added to the space.
