Rockpoint Tysons

Rockpoint Tysons is the phased renovation of a portfolio of eight fully occupied buildings. Primary renovation components include complete main lobby upgrades, elevator lobby upgrades, improved tenant floors, renovated restrooms, new fitness centers, new conference centers and elevator cab rehabs. Finishes include extensive back-painted glass, stainless trims, intricate ceilings with cove lighting, stone veneered lobby walls and extensive format ceiling treatments. Exotic finishes are also introduced in many of the lobbies, including six-story metal panels, extensive living moss walls, cast-concrete thin veneer paneling and honeycomb-suspended ceiling components with integrated lighting. Exterior elements are activated with the addition of jogging trails, sports courts, outdoor pavilions, shade structures, suspended lighting and social gathering areas.
