Scottish Rite Apartments

Scottish Rite Apartments is a 158-unit apartment complex in Northwest Washington, DC, located behind the Scottish Rite Temple on 16th Street. The cast-in-place structure includes two levels of underground parking, two levels of English Basement living and four levels of above-ground living with a Penthouse and amenity roof space. The skin consists of punch-opening unit windows, modular brick, metal panels, and window walls. Sitework includes creating a landscaped courtyard. The project also includes the restoration and conversion of a historic Carriage House.
