T3 ATX Eastside

T3 ATX Eastside is the first mass timber building in Austin, Texas. It is the first timber structure under this branding developed by Hines with a residential component, containing 15 loft-style units alongside 92,000 SF of Class A office space in a three-story building at the southeast corner of East Fourth and Waller Streets in Austin, TX. A five-minute walk from the Red Line, the building consists of three levels of tenant space and 216 below-grade parking spaces. The tenant amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, bike lounge, locker rooms, private balconies and a rooftop patio.
