Texas A&M Innovation Plaza

The Texas A&M Innovation Plaza is a 19-story student housing tower containing 483 units. The ground floor includes a fitness area with retail spaces, a mail room and mechanical rooms. The parking garage is 13 levels with 2,714 parking spaces. Additionally, there is an outdoor plaza between the student housing and the parking garage. Despite over 70 days of rain and multiple late changes by the AHJ, Harvey Cleary delivered the project on time. This project provides a quality living environment in the Texas Medical Center at a modest price for up-and-coming medical professionals.
