WP Engine

WP Engine is a four-floor remodel in Downtown Austin consisting of multiple breakrooms, open office workstations, breakout areas, conference rooms, phone rooms and town hall spaces. This project presented multiple roadblocks based on existing conditions found during demolition. Transforming concealed ceilings open to deck areas presented unique challenges in this build. Using Openspace software, periodical punches and extensive overhead coordination, the Harvey Cleary project team completed this project on time and under budget.
