Since opening doors in 1986, our DC office has built tens of millions of office space and new construction. Time and time again, we've demonstrated our commitment, resolve, and expertise through our proven track record.
What’s not evident in the numbers is how we work with our clients and teammates. Unlike most builders, we have a single team process. No separate preconstruction team, no separate estimators, no separate safety staff. Every single aspect of a project is critical, so we assign one team to work with a client. From preliminary budgeting, though it may be years before the first shovel hits the ground, through post-occupancy and beyond, the group of Harvey professionals who start your project will complete it. Having a single team that performs each project also means that all of our staff are cross-trained in all aspects of project delivery. It’s like an extra layer of quality of assurance.
